Glenlivet "Exclusively for Taiwan" Mentoring
Inspired by the Glenlivet "Exclusively for Taiwan" series, I, as the creative director, broke the traditional pairing of whisky with Western cuisine. This tasting event is themed around one of Taiwan's most distinctive dishes, "Hot Pot". We collaborated with "Danmajia", a top hot pot brand that has been recommended by the Michelin Guide multiple times, to create a feast of "Pot and Barrel". Through the chef's custom dishes, the essence of hot pot cooking is cleverly combined with the spirit of whiskey, leading consumers to appreciate the exquisite flavor of Taiwanese cuisine.
In collaboration with "Danmajia", a top pot dish recommended by the Michelin Guide, we created an unprecedented hot pot feast. Specifically for each wine of the "Glenlivet Exclusive for Taiwan" sherry barrel series, we jointly conceived and designed a feast that blends "Taiwanese style" and "sherry barrel" flavors. Under the blend of taste and cultural heritage, we present the spirit of Glenlivet "Exclusive for Taiwan". By integrating "taste" and "visual", we create an immersive experience to guide consumers on a taste journey of pot and barrel.
